- All features of the Community subscription.
- Technical support through the customer portal.
- Three support tickets per year.
- Response time: reply within one business day.

- All features of the Basic subscription.
- Ten support tickets per year.
- Faster response time: 4 hours on business days for critical tickets.
- Remote Support via SSH.

This option is ideal for medium-sized companies that require more advanced technical support.
4. Premium
The most comprehensive option, designed for critical environments. The Premium subscription includes:
- All features of the Standard subscription.
- Unlimited support tickets.
- Even faster response time: 2 hours on business days for critical tickets.
